Manhattan Beach

Dubbed the "pearl of LA's South Bay," Manhattan Beach is simply iconic. If you're looking for things to do, downtown Manhattan Beach is a top-notch area to enjoy a fun day out. Indulge in delicious tapas at one of the many seafood shacks and get your shopping on at local clothing boutiques.

Hermosa Beach

If you take The Strand bike trail south from Manhattan County Beach, you'll reach Hermosa Beach in 10 minutes. Stretching two miles along the Pacific Ocean, it's a buzzy destination known for its surf festivals and volleyball tournaments. Besides checking out local events, stroll along Hermosa Beach Pier to watch beautiful sunsets.

Redondo Beach

Redondo Beach is always bustling with things to do, whether you're in the mood for stand-up paddling, whale watching, or fishing. If you're looking for a more relaxed itinerary, explore the food and games on the boardwalk. Depending on when you're at the pier, you might even catch a concert or farmers market.

Torrance Beach

Torrance Beach is a low-key South Bay treasure that's relatively crowd free. While Torrance is often considered an inland city, its beach stretches 1.5 miles along the coast and features scenic views of the Palos Verdes Peninsula. For Top Gun-inspired aviator shades to level up your beach vibe, drop by our QUAY location three miles away at the Del Amo Fashion Center.

Junipero Beach

Marked by soft sand and calm waves, Junipero Beach is a Long Beach favorite. The sprawling beach area makes it an appealing stop for enjoying sunset views, and it's close to attractions such as the Long Beach Museum of Art. You can even catch free yoga classes at Bluff Park, which overlooks Junipero Beach. If you happen to be in the Long Beach area when checking out beaches south of Los Angeles, stop by QUAY at the Los Cerritos Center, which is about 12 miles away from Junipero Beach.

In the South Bay of Los Angeles, there's no shortage of beautiful coastline destinations. After catching waves and sunshine, check out nearby QUAY stores to treat yourself to some shopping.
